As Eclypsium’s Director of Human Resources, Erin is focused on cultivating a culture where team members are able to do their best work through all phases of company growth. She is versed in developing HR programs from the ground up with a specific passion for HR operations and employee engagement. Erin has a deep background supporting high tech companies through rapid changes, most recently serving as Head of People Operations for Xnor.ai, an AI/ML startup acquired in January 2020. Erin has also held progressive roles in People Operations at Apple and Seattle-based high tech product design firms, Tectonic and Artefact.
