Eclypsium is offering a free consultation and analysis of Salt/Volt Typhoon exposure and vulnerability for impacted organizations. This offer is our response to recently disclosed nation-state cyberattacks on at least eight Telecommunications Carriers in the U.S., and others abroad.
These threat actors have specifically targeted difficult-to-secure network devices including Cisco routers and switches, Citrix Netscaler gateways, Ivanti VPNs, Palo Alto Firewalls, and other foundational network infrastructure. Eclypsium can discover vulnerabilities and intrusion, and continuously monitor the integrity of devices and firmware to prevent stealthy persistence techniques used by Salt Typhoon.
For qualified organizations, determined by an initial consultation with Eclypsium engineers, this offer will consist of three phases:
ATTACK SURFACE DISCOVERY_
Our team of security operations and threat research experts will consult with you to identify the most critical potentially vulnerable or compromised devices in your environment.
Together, we’ll identify up to 500 routers, switches, endpoints, and other assets that are likely to have been targeted by Salt Typhoon.
TARGETED SCANNING_
The Eclypsium Platform will be used to conduct a deep scan of up to 500 of your most vulnerable assets on the inside. Eclypsium offers unmatched visibility into vulnerabilities hidden deep in network devices, with special focus on vulnerable firmware, where APTs hide to maintain persistence.
These scans are conducted with zero down time, so you can continue operations while investigating potential threats.
Respond and Remediate_
Any vulnerabilities or indicators of compromise that are discovered by Eclypsium will come with a plan of action for how to mitigate the vulnerability.
Our platform can discover and help eliminate vulnerabilities across both endpoints and network devices, and our team will deliver a response plan for how to leverage your other security tools to confidently eradicate the threats.
